DLC, Online Passes for International PSN Accounts:


i) Activating Multiplayer Passes or Bonus DLC Codes (For Region 1 or 3 PS3 games)

Step 1: Follow the "Create an International PSN account" Instructions found below
Step 2: In the in game or PSN menu, activate your code as you would normally
Step 3: Allow the download, installation or activation to complete
Step 4: Log out of both your PS3 Account and your PSN online account
Step 5: Log into your Australian PS3 and PSN accounts, and enjoy your game or DLC!


ii) Creating an International PSN Account

Step 1: Log out of your PSN Online account and PS3 User Account
Step 2: Follow the on screen instructions to create a new PS3 User account. When it asks you for your Country or Address, use the following information:

You can identify the region of your game by looking for a black and white square with a globe symbol on the spine or back of the game case.

For Region 1 games, you can use the following address:

For Region 3 games, use the following address:

iii) Create a new PSN Online account using the same region information as above

Step 4: Either activate your DLC, or purchase DLC as desired (see separate instructions for details)
Please do not delete this account once DLC is activated or purchased on the account.


iv) Purchasing DLC on an International PSN account

Almost all DLC and Map packs will be available for purchase and fully compatible with Dungeon Crawl PS3 games.

When purchasing DLC, you must ensure that you purchase the Map packs from the correct PSN Store. If you have a Region 3 game, purchase the DLC from the Region 3 store in the same way that you would activate a DLC/Multiplayer code.

DLC/Map Packs are Region Locked - meaning DLC purchased from the Region 1 store will not work with a Region 3 game - you must ensure that DLC is purchased from the same Region store as your game.

Once the DLC has finished downloading, you can switch back to your Australian account and continue playing!

Please note that you will not be able to use your AU credit card on the Region 1 or 3 PSN Store. PSN Cards must be used to make purchases. Region 1 and 3 PSN vouchers/cards are widely available from a number of online retailers, including Dungeon Crawl (dependant on stock availability at the time).

You will also find that map packs are commonly 30-40% cheaper on the Region 1 or 3 stores, compared to the Australian PSN Store.



Shopping:


How do we sell games so cheaply? Are they original and brand new?

Every game sold by Dungeon Crawl is guaranteed 100% original and brand new. We do not support or condone any pirating or selling of unoriginal games or software.

In order for us to bring you games at such great prices, we often import the games ourselves, direct from overseas. This means that although your game may not be manufactured in Australia, we ensure that it will work on your local PC or PAL console. Our games are sourced from all corners of the globe, including US, Europe and Asia, as well as Australia.


Why can I see the same game with two different prices?

You're probably looking at one title where we are shipping from two different locations. By shipping from our International Warehouse, we can provide better pricing (but a slower shipping service). The higher price is probably an item shipping from our Melbourne Warehouse - but check the listings for details, and refer to our FAQ "International Warehouse vs Melbourne Warehouse Shipping" for further details.

This is very important ñ DC gets hundreds of payments each day into its bank account and without a proper reference we cannot trace that you have paid. Do not include the item description in the description field ñ this does not tell us who you are, so these descriptions will delay the posting of the item.

International Warehouse vs Melbourne Warehouse Shipping

Our international warehouse is located in Singapore, and allows us to retail games at a much lower price than from Australia. Shipping time is slower, however, so check the individual items listing for details.

The vast majority of our games are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia where we provide amazing prices, great service and ultra fast shipping.

No matter where you order your game from, we handle all customer service, returns and refunds from our Melbourne, Australia office.


Can I save on postage and pick up the items? I need to start playing yesterday.

Unfortunately we do not offer pick-up for online Sales.
If you are situated in Melbourne and in a real rush for your game, you are welcome to pop into our city store and buy directly from Dungeon Crawl.

Once I have paid, how long will it take for the game to be posted to me?

We will post the item within the next 24 hours of receiving your payment. That means we post the next business day after receiving your payment.
We need our weekends to play our games!


What is the quickest way to get my game delivered to me?

Choose Express Post. If you are in the Express Post network, AusPost guarantees delivery in one business day after we ship your game.


You sent me an email saying my game was posted and I still have not received my order. Where is my game?

If your order was sent via standard post, please contact customer service via info@dungeoncrawl.com.au

If your order was sent via Express or Registered post, please check the tracking number in your order shipped email from DC.
If the tracking number does not show any information at all and it has been more than 1 day after we shipped your item, please contact customer service via info@dungeoncrawl.com.au


I have paid for my item, but I have not been notified that it has been posted to me.

If you have paid us, but not received any notification that we have posted the item to you, it's probably because we have not been able to find your payment.
If you have paid, please email us advising the date payment was made, the amount and any reference, so we can find your payment and mail the games to you as soon as possible.

Furthermore, if your game was a Pre-order, we will ship the game once the stock arrives in our warehouse. If you bought a game on Friday, we'll ship it Monday (if in stock).



Returns:


I bought the game by mistake - can I cancel the order?

Yes, we do accept cancellations. We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an order. If the item is shipped before we see your email, simply return the item to us for a refund. Unwanted items/swaps do incur a $7 restock / admin fee


The game says NTSC. Will it work on a PAL console?

All our games will work on local PAL consoles. At Dungeon Crawl, we import our own games so we can sell them cheaper to you. This means they may be NTSC format, but we only import them if they will work on your Australian PAL console. Please try the game and you will see that its works.


I have received the disc, but its not working. Can you please help?


Yes, of course we will assist you. If we find the disc is faulty, we automatically offer you a refund or full replacement.

We will run through some standard questions and may ask you to perform a few tests before asking you to return the item. This is to ensure that the item is faulty and not the TV, PC or console that may be causing the problem. Once we receive the item we will test it ourselves and ensure that it is indeed faulty and will offer you a full refund or replacement. We will of course also refund your return postage.

If we find the item works fine, we will not approve a replacement or refund. We will return it to you.


You sent me the wrong game - how do we get this fixed?


Oooops, sounds like we have had a warehouse malfunction.

Please email us to arrange a return and replacement. Of course we will also reimburse any return postage.



I received a game, but do not want it for one reason or another - can I swap it?


If an item is unwanted within 7 days of receiving it, you can return it to us for a swap or refund.
We do have a $7 restock admin fee for all unwanted returns. All unwanted items must remain sealed. Please email us to arrange the return.



Pre-orders:


What is a Pre-order item?

A Pre-order listing allows you to reserve your copy by purchasing it before we receive the game. If you buy this game, we ensure that it's reserved for you and as soon as the game arrives we will send it out to you.


Do I have to pay for a pre-order item?

Yes, you do have to pay for this purchase, so we can post the game to you as soon as it arrives in our warehouse

Can you tell us what day the game will arrive?

We can't tell you because our shipping company only tell us the week they will deliver to us. That's why our listing will say: "the week beginning 9 November"
As soon as the game arrives in our warehouse, we will post it to you. We don't wait for official launch dates, or hold on to the games in our warehouse. We will send it to you as soon as we can.



Competitions


General Terms and Conditions


The following terms and conditions apply to all competitions run on Dungeon Crawl's website or any social media platforms. All competitions are games of skill, with individual values under the legal maximum for unregistered competitions.

i) Competition winners are the sole choice of Dungeon Crawl staff, and no discussion will be entered into after the winner is announced. In the event a mistake is made and the incorrect winner in announced, both the true winner and the announced winner will receive comparable prizes to that offered.
ii) Any randomisation of prizes is done as accurately as possible, with no weighting given to any particular item of stock, platform preferences notwithstanding.
iii) Winners of all competitions must email the named address within 48 hours of the winner being announced or risk forfeiting your prize
iv) Prizes will be delivered via Dungeon Crawl's method of choice, unless otherwise stated in individual competition Terms and Conditions. Lost-in-post claims are subject to our same policies as regular orders.
v) If the competition is launched on a social media platform, all entrants must be connected to DC on the relevant platform, whether it be liking or following the page, or applicable connection method - we reserve the right to re-award the prize if this is not the case
vi) Any offensive, inflammatory, racist, homophobic or otherwise insensitive material in competition entries may void your right to enter and to win, at our sole discretion
vii) For all competitions, we reserve the right to modify the competition at any time, without notice, for whatever reason if we choose to do so. However, every effort will be made to inform and advise all potential and current entrants of any competition being modified during the running of the competition.

I haven't received my Prize?


No worries. Please email us via info@dungeoncrawl.com.au with your full details, what competition you won, and as much detail as possible, including your order number for any prize that you won. Prize replacements are subject to our usual refund/replacement/investigation process that can, at busier times, take up to 14 working days to complete.




Specific Game Title Information

Modern Warfare 3: Elite Service on International PSN accounts

COD MW3 Elite

ELITE FREE

If you are interested in downloading the FREE version of the Elite App, you can do so from your Australian PSN account. You'll find that stat tracking and other MW3 Elite FREE features will work as intended. Please remember that once map packs/DLC packs are released (TBA 2012), you will need to purchase them from the Region 1 store, and not the Australian Store (once purchased, you can of course play on your AU account). More details will be available on the Dungeon Crawl FAQ closer to the release date.


ELITE PREMIUM

You have TWO options for creating a Premium account. Please note the advantages and disadvantages of each method before making a decision.



1) Create a USA Elite Account - and get access to Map Pack discounts + an additional discount compared to the AU Elite pricing.

By creating a Region 1 PSN Account (or signing in to your existing account), you will be able to access

i) Discounted Elite Subscription Cost ($49.90 USD vs $64.90 in Australia) ii) Overall discount for future Map Packs and DLC (as opposed to buying them individually when they are released)

To ensure you complete this process correctly, please see the instructions above on how to create a Region 1 account if you have not already. After you login to your Region 1 account, visit the PSN store to download and install the MW3 ELITE App. Please select "United States/America" when asked for your country.

Once in the app, you will need to "Upgrade" from FREE to PREMIUM. The option is available in the Elite App menus. Please note that your Australian Credit Card will not be accepted by the US Elite App, and you must use a Region 1/USA PSN Card - available from Dungeon Crawl and a wide variety of online retailers.

Once the map packs are released, you will be able to download them and switch back to your Australian account to continue playing.

By choosing this option, you will not be able to access:

i) Founder Status on your Australian account (Available on your USA Account)
ii) Other Premium features, such as increased storage space on your Australian account (Available on your USA Account)

For stat tracking and other benefits of ELITE, we recommend creating a FREE Elite Account on your Australian PSN ID for those fantastic features, while taking advantage of the USA Map discounts with a Premium USA account.


2) Purchase Modern Warfare 3 Elite Premium on the AU PSN Store This will allow you to access Premium Account features, such as:

i) Founder status on your AU account
ii) Other Premium account features, such as increased storage space

This option will NOT allow you to access

i) Map Packs/DLC as they are released. Sony have chosen to region lock map packs, which means you will have to purchase them individually from the US PSN Store as in option 1)

Dungeon Crawl do not recommend this option, due to the fact that users will not be able to access discounted map packs and DLC when they are released.


Dungeon Crawl Recommendation


To get the most out of COD Elite, we recommend the following:

i) Create a FREE Elite account on your Australian PSN Account. This will allow access to all of the Free Elite features, such as player statistics tracking, map analysis and more.

ii) Wait until 1(One) Day after the release of the first Map Pack on the PSN Store (TBA 2012), and then purchase a US Premium Elite account. This will allow us to fully test the USA Premium account as described in option 1. It is expected that you will be able to access all DLC discounts using this method, and lose nothing by waiting (over option 1 & 2 above).

iii) Once the map packs are released (TBA 2012), take advantage of - Discounted map pack prices by buying a USA Elite Premium account - Discounted Elite Premium account prices ($49.90 USD vs $64.90 on the AU PSN Store) by purchasing a USA Elite account using the steps in Option 1) above, while enjoying the stat tracking and other features of your AU Free Elite account.

Nuketown content will need to be activated on an International PSN account using the "Activate Multiplayer or DLC codes" FAQ as above.

Future DLC content will need to be purchased using the " Purchasing DLC on an International PSN account" FAQ as above.



Digital Delivery Activation


Xbox LIVE/Marketplace Codes


1. Sign into Xbox LIVE
2. Press the Guide button on your controller
3. Go to Games & Apps and select Redeem Code
4. Enter your Code and select Done
5. When prompted, click Yes to confirm the redemption.


Steam


1. Launch Steam and log into your Steam account (if you do not have Steam installed, visit steampowered.com).
2. Click the Games Menu.
3. Choose Activate a Product on Steam.
4. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the process and enter your code.


Origin

1. Log in to Origin with the EA account you would like your game added to.
2. Click on the Origin menu on the top left.
3. Select "Redeem Product Code"
4. Enter your product code.
The game will be added to your "My Games" section of Origin, where you can download and install the game as you please.


Ubisoft /uPlay


1. Download the game installation media. There is a link provided on the product page of our website.

NOTE: Some downloads may require extraction before installation. We suggest using WinZip, a safe, free archiving and extraction program (http://www.winzip.com/downwz.htm)

2. Run the installation media, This will download the game - but may take some time depending on the speed of your internet connection.
3. When done the game installer will automatically start, Select your language and click "Next".
4. Now continue through the installation process.
5. Once the installation is finished you will see the uPlay launcher start, This will update the game then ask you to log into your account. If you do not have a uPlay account, create one at uplay.ubi.com.
6. Once you log in it will ask for your Product Code. Just enter your product code and click "Next".
