The Dungeon Crawl story started back in 2004, and over the years has grown to be Australia's favourite independent online seller of video games. How do we know this? To August 2011, Dungeon Crawl was Australia's largest ebay game seller (and 5th largest eBay seller overall) with positive feedback of over 145,000 and climbing. All games sold by DC are Australian compatible games (unless clearly indicated otherwise), which will work on your local PAL console. Our games are genuine, licensed, original games - sourced directly from distributors all around the world. Our games are sourced from every corner of the globe, including America, Europe and Asia. We do not sell bootleg or pirated games at all.

How to shop?

The Dungeon Crawl shopping cart system is a highly secure, quick and easy method of online shopping. Once you have selected your items in your cart, either register for an account or login to your existing one. If you are a guest, you can always purchase without an account. The system will take you through the steps of confirming your order, picking shipping options, and picking from a range of payment options.

Worried about accidentally putting through an order? Don't. The website will always give you a list of all payment options (including Credit Card, PayPal and Money Order/Bank Deposit) before you check out, and will show you what your ordering, how you're paying and your shipping options before any money is charged and your order is placed.

If you do make a mistake, please don't stress - simply contact us and we will swap, upgrade, cancel or change your order before we ship it. Please note that if your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to immediately change it, so please be quick and email or call us as soon as you realise you've made a mistake.

DC do not charge a surcharge for any payment method.

Bank Deposit

Please ensure you include your order number in the description field so we can trace the payment to your purchase. This is very important - DC gets hundreds of payments each day into its bank account and without a proper reference we cannot trace that you have paid. Do not include the item description in the description field - this does not tell us who you are, so these descriptions will delay the posting of the item.

Packing/Posting your game

We want to get the games to you quickly, so your items will be packed and posted in Melbourne using Australia Post within 24 business hours of receiving your payment.

If payment is received on Friday, we will have your item packed and posted on Monday. (Our guys need some game time too!)

Each package is wrapped in bubble wrap to protect your purchases while in transit.



Delivery

We offer the following local delivery options:

  1. FREE Standard Post - The economical option. Standard post is only tracked internally.
  2. Express Post - When you want the game yesterday - includes tracking number, but no guarantee or insurance.
  3. Registered Post - Includes a tracking number AND insurance - signature is required.

DC classify games as Small, Medium and Large. Most games will be small size.

For quickest delivery, DC recommends Express Post. Charges are flat rate across Australia.
Please consider using Registered or Express. These options provide peace of mind for very little investment.

INSURANCE

We recommend insurance is always taken to protect against lost items and scratched discs.

Dungeon Crawl offers extra value by providing Postage PLUS 30 Day Scratch Insurance.

For a single fee of $3.50 (Domestic) and $5.90 (International), your insurance works as follows:

Postage:
We will replace or refund you in full once it is confirmed by Australia Post that your package has been lost.
We follow Australia Post's investigation process, which can take up to 10 working days for full resolution.

Scratched Discs
If your PC or console causes your disc to be scratched within 30 days of receiving the game, your disc will be replaced or refunded in full - no questions asked. It is your responsibility to get the scratched disc back to us. We will cover the cost of sending the replacement item to you.

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase, as Ebay only retains your information for a limited amount of time

Please note that as no signature is required for the delivery of Express Post packages, Express Post orders are shipped at the customer's risk without any delivery guarantee from Australia Post.

Express Post satchels come in fixed sizes & dimensions. Certain products or multiple product orders may not fit into an express post satchel due to size, shape & weight considerations. This may not be known until after checkout & when we have picked your order. Therefore, we may have to switch your order to our registered service when it is impossible to ship via a single express post satchel. In such situations we will reimburse you so that you only pay only for the service used.

Expected delivery timeframe – 2-7 working days. Delivery in Metro Areas is generally very close to the 2 day timeframe.

Express Post

Expected delivery timeframe – 1-2 working days

No signature is required, so the postie will simply put your package in your postbox.

Registered Post

Expected delivery timeframe – 2-7 working days. Delivery in Metro Areas is generally very close to the 2 day timeframe.

All parcels sent must be signed for. Now if no-one is home (or you just couldn’t be bothered to answer the door because you are playing another DC game), the postie will put a collection card in your post box, advising that the package will be held at your local Post Office awaiting your collection.

Registered Post may take longer than standard post, as the item has to be signed for.

Pickup
Pickup is not offered for online sales, with no exception.


Pickups are also not available at our Melbourne store as it is run as a separate division of Dungeon Crawl Pty Ltd. Online orders are processed from a warehouse at a different Melbourne location. Items stocked in our CBD store regularly differ from those offered online in both range and price.




Returns

  • All item claims should be made within 7 days of receipt of your product.
  • All returns must be pre-approved via email.
  • Change of Mind and swap
    • The game must be sealed and in perfect condition.
    • Dungeon Crawl will charge a restocking and handling fee of $7 for regular size games (for larger size games and accessories we reserve the right to charge at least our postage costs).
  • Incorrect Items Received
    • Whilst this is not a usual occurrence, it has happened in the past.
    • We will arrange to get it back at our cost and send you your correct game.
  • Faulty Items
    • Returns are for defective products only and will not be accepted when the problem is incompatible hardware.
    • All returned products will be thoroughly tested with compatible systems for defects.
    • If the item is faulty, we will post a working replacement.
    • If a replacement is unavailable, we will fully reimburse the customer.
    • If the item is not faulty, it will be sent back at the customer's expense and no reimbursement will be offered.
    • Dungeon Crawl records the condition of items before they are sent out. Items that are claimed to be faulty and, when returned, exhibit damage incurred while in the customer's possession, will simply be sent back.
    • Any claims by customers that such damage was caused during postage (initial or return) will only be considered if the item was sent via an registered service. Express Post does not include such protection.

Pre-Sale Orders

All Pre-Sale listings will clearly marked as "PreOrder", and therefore cannot be posted within our usual commitment of 24 hours.

As we cannot control our shippers, we are not able to provide an exact date when we expect to have the items arrive in our warehouse. Therefore we always provide an expected week of arrival, and we always package and post the games to you on the same day the items arrive in our warehouse. Generally we are conservative and either meet or beat these time estimates.
