Shipping Methods


Dungeon Crawl offers the following shipping methods for your order:



  • Australia Post Letter Service
  • Australia Post Registered eParcel

  • Australia Post Express eParcel (Max 5kg final package weight)


Pick up is not available for any orders. If you need your order urgently, Dungeon Crawl strongly advises choosing Express Post.

Tracking numbers are provided for orders shipping via Registered eParcel or Express Service. Australia Post does not provide tracking for their Letter Service.

Australia Post Letter Service is only available for selected video game titles.


Shipping Prices

Shipping prices are calculated based off your final order weight. You can check the final shipping fee during checkout, or on any product listing.

Rates are calculated based off current Australia Post shipping rates, your location and the final order weight.

Express Post pricing starts at $8.20 and is capped at $15.98 depending on your final order size. Orders that weigh over 5kg cannot be sent via Express Post.


Handling times


All orders for in stock items are posted from our warehouse within 1 - 2 business days of payment confirmation. Once your order has been posted, you will receive an email confirming dispatch.


Orders are dispatched on weekdays only - no orders are dispatched on Weekends or Public Holidays.


Pre orders & Back Catalogue orders


Locally sourced pre order titles will be posted 1 - 2 business days before the official release date.

Imported pre order titles & Back Catalogue orders will be dispatched upon arrival at our warehouse.

Please refer to the individual product pages for release and restock dates.

We do everything we can to increase the chance of pre orders arriving on their release dates, however external delays with the Post Office can sometimes prevent this. For this reason, Dungeon Crawl strongly advises that you choose Express Post, if you want your game on release day.

Shipping times

Late or delayed items


Most orders will usually arrive within the estimate delivery timeframe, however Australia Post will sometimes experience internal delivery delays that are beyond our control. If you order has not arrived after the estimated delivery timeframe:

please consult your tracking information for further updates. (If you chose eParcel or Express post)


Customers who select the Letter or eParcel service will not be compensated by Dungeon Crawl for any late deliveries.

Dungeon Crawl may partially or fully refund the shipping cost of Express Post orders at their discretion, providing that the delivery address is in the Express Post network.


Items lost in transit


Dungeon Crawl may investigate the status of your order providing that:


  • The estimated time for delivery for your region has passed

  • The tracking information shows no significant updates

  • It has been 21 days since your order was dispatched (Applicable to Letter Service only)


For Letter Service customers: The letter service is quite a reliable postage method and very few issues occur normally with this shipping option. If problems do occur, we will be more than happy to replace and repost lost items, however must wait a minimum of 21 days in order to deem it as a lost item. This timeframe is in place to account for any potential delays or late deliveres which can occur with this service.


For eParcel & Express Post customers: Dungeon Crawl will oepn a support ticket with Australia Post, in the event we believe that your item is lost. Australia Post advises us that it may take up to 10 business days for investigations to be completed. Additional delays may occur if a POD (Proof of Delivery) request is required. Dungeon Crawl will not action any resolution for missing orders, until the Australia Post investigation has been completed.


If Australia Post confirms that the item has been lost in transit, through no fault of the customer, then Dungeon Crawl may either:





  • Resend your order, at no additional cost (we may require an alternative delivery address)

  • Fully refund your purchase, including the shipping cost

Damaged in transit


Dungeon Crawl may refund or replace items that have been damaged in transit.

International Shipping

At this stage, we do not ship to any international addresses. (But watch this space!)
