We will replace or refund you in full once it is confirmed by Australia Post that your package has been lost.
We follow Australia Post's investigation process, which can take up to 10 working days for full resolution.
Scratched Discs
If your PC or console causes your disc to be scratched within 30 days of receiving the game, your disc will be replaced or refunded in full - no questions asked.
It is your responsibility to get the scratched disc back to us. We will cover the cost of sending the replacement item to you.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase, as Ebay only retains your information for a limited amount of time
